Elise provides expertise and support to our builder clients and to our new home centers. Elise earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University. She began her detailed understanding of the subdivision development process working for South Valley Developers. She later transitioned to the Director of Operations for Benchmark Communities. During her time as the Director of Operations she was responsible for risk management, insurance, contract management, and fully implemented an Enterprise Resource Program.
Elise has worked in the title insurance industry since 2014 and has used her builder background to support title and escrow teams throughout Northern California. She has fostered valuable relationships within the builder community and has a deep understanding of the building process. Her industry knowledge and strong technical skills make her a valuable part of this team.
