Ross Kennedy serves as Chief Title Officer for the Builder Services team. He has more than 38 years of experience in the title insurance business.
Ross’s work requires great attention to detail and a knack for unraveling complex matters before they become obstacles. He interfaces with the builder and their legal staff, engineers, government agencies, and lenders to provide underwriting expertise that can make the difference in a project’s success.
Ross also reviews all our builder clients’ maps for title insurance purposes and provides comments to their associates to make sure that all documents are correct for filing and recording.
