Tim Ward brings his supportive, good-humored, and inquisitive personality to the Fidelity National Title Group of Companies Builder Services team. With 42 years of experience working in the title industry, he’s developed specialties in commercial and homebuilder underwriting, including 16 years as a state underwriter for homebuilder services in California.
Tim is committed to finding solutions to complex title issues and his personal motto is to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers, to ultimately build and maintain customer loyalty. He values integrity, honest, collaboration and hard work.
To his clients and colleagues, Tim provides product knowledge, legal and underwriting expertise, particularly in regard to the underwriting of land acquisition by developers and homebuilders. In 2016, he was awarded the “Above and Beyond Award” by the Building Industry Association MAME 41 for his underwriting of builder transactions in Northern California.
