Tavia has been in the East Bay Area for the past 40 years. Her educational journey began at Cal State Hayward and culminated with a law degree from Gonzaga Law School. Since starting her career, she has navigated various roles including customer service, filming, chaining, examining, and is a seasoned Title Officer.

Throughout this path, Tavia has developed expertise and passion in forward planning and research, areas where she consistently excels. Tavia joins our team with extensive mapping experience across numerous Northern California counties. She is knowledgeable about jurisdictional requirements, submittal timelines, and title review standards.
