Tracy Finato recently joined the Builder Services Department as Subdivision Assistant. She is quickly learning the DRE processing of setting up files, obtaining the necessary will serve letters and gathering the information for the Builder’s applications to DRE for various reports.

Tracy is a natural in this arena, and already a great asset for our builder clients. She is diligent to see our clients through the process, ensuring regulations and standards are met and all necessary information has been successfully filed with the State of California.
