Valerie Zankich joined Chicago Title’s Builder Services Department as Senior Vice President. A Bay Area native, Valerie graduated from University of California at Berkeley. She leads the team and focuses on expanding the knowledge and footprint of the company and supporting the department. She has a strong desire and drive to create new relationships in the builder community. She works with a diverse group of Attorneys, Builders, Brokers, Developers, Lenders, and Owners doing business in California, and across the United States.

Valerie continues to develop and maintain client relations from the beginning of the process, working directly with the clients and the team of title officers, escrow, and underwriting counsel. Valerie continually follows the market and is knowledgeable and well-versed in the title insurance business. Valerie is involved and regularly attends events for the following organizations: Building Industry Association in ICSC, NAIOP and Urban Land Institute.
